Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time:

  • All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment.

2. Shipping Methods:

  • We offer Canada Post 3-5 days expedited shipping for all orders.

3. Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping services are currently only available within Canada. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $120 (to a single address). For orders under $120, a flat-rate shipping fee of $16 applies (for each address).

4. Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Estimated delivery times will vary depending on the shipping destination. Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been shipped.

5. Shipping Confirmation:

  • A shipping confirmation email, including a tracking number, will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

 

6. Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • GD/ BOTANICALS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have concerns about the security of your delivery location, please consider providing a secure shipping address.

7. Address Changes:

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. Any additional charges incurred due to incorrect addresses will be the responsibility of the customer.

8.  Heat-Sensitive Products:

  • Some of our products are heat-sensitive, and exposure to high temperatures during shipping may affect their quality. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery to minimize the time it spends in transit.

  • During warmer months or in regions with high temperatures, we may implement additional shipping precautions, such as expedited shipping or packaging insulation, to help protect the integrity of heat-sensitive items.

  • GD/BOTANICALS is not responsible for heat-related damages to products during shipping. Customers are encouraged to be mindful of weather conditions when placing orders and to contact our customer support at info.gdbotanicals@gmail.com for additional assistance.

1. Returns:

Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We are happy to provide our 14 Day No Hassle Return Policy and Satisfaction Guarantee. Our products can be returned for any reason, even if opened, for up to 14 days. A refund back to the original form of payment will be issued after the product is returned.
